Should we invest in IPO or not

In today investing in share market are going to be more critical and complexes. There are so many things are indicating that we are investing in IPO. But some of the good investor Warren buffet sir are saying that investing in Ipo  is not sign of a good  investor. Because the IPO company or demanding their stock as they are available price. Sometime company demanding the IPo amount is more than the company value. For this reason only the bigger investor are not believe in IPO.

That  mean it is not then you cannot earning for my IPO. There are so many invester are earning a good amount of money from the IPO. Before pic any IPO you have to be research about the company fundamental and the technical analysis.

If you are a pro investor then you may know how can invest in IPO. But when you a beginner investor you have to be avoid to invest in IPO. Step by step when you know about the fundamental and technical analysis about the company then after you may invest in IPO. 

Whatever if you want to be invest in IPO you have to be follow some procedure. 

1) briefly discuss about the company. 

2) know the fundamental of the company.

3) you know the listing IPO amount should not be more than company value. 

4) always try to pick under value company.

5) avoid over value company 

If you are following the step then you maybe lower chance to making loss from the IPO. 

At the beginning if we having some losses after that you may get some profit.
